• Accepted mode of payment is strictly by credit or debit cards only.

Delivery

• All takeaway ready to eat items from the Shangri-la at home and Bakeshop require 24 hours notice period.
• Delivery hours for Shangri-la at Home and The Bakeshop are from 9am-7pm
• Delivery fee will apply depending on location. Minimum rate is Php210 nett for the first 2 kilometers and Php30 nett per additional kilometer.

Takeaway / Self Pick-up

• All items must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
• Self-pick-up hours for HEAT and The Bakeshop are from 9am - 7pm.
• All orders must be collected at The Bakeshop, located at the lobby of the Tower Wing.
• For third party pick-up service, please ensure to indicate the hotel address as follows:
  • Edsa Shangri-la, Manila, 1 Garden Way Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any un-used value will be forfeited.
• Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:
  1. Accept alternative item suggested by hotel, or
  2. Cancelling the order and receive full refund

Shangri-La Circle Points

• Shangri-La Circle Points accrual is valid for items purchased except when stated otherwise. Please provide Shangri-La Circle membership number upon check-out. Not a member? Join now
• Name presented on the credit or debit card used for payment must match the Shangri-La Circle membership details to earn Shangri-La Circle points.
• Selected Voucher purchase are eligible for earning Shangri-La Circle Points. Kindly contact us to check the eligibility for earning Shangri-La Circle Points upon voucher redemption.
• The delivery fee is not eligible for earning Shangri-La Circle Points.
• Applicable government taxes are not eligible to earn Shangri-La Circle Points.
